Lilly

Here's a fantabulously personable woman I got to know via an online message board called Dimensions. Er...that's the name of the message board. The lady's name is Lilly, although I couldn't imagine anyone raising an eyebrow if this hot honeydip DID go by the name Dimensions 'cause she certainly ain't lacking those.

Just like her personal art servant (me), Lilly has more interests than you can shake a stick at. According to her thriving little webpage, those interests include activism, biblical study, classical music, coffee houses, county fairs, dancing, fashion, knitting, travel, home decorating, people watching, photography, reading, singing and guitar playing.

Having read that list, I now realize there's more to life than getting a tan from my drawing table lamp and collecting old episodes of "Good Times". But Lilly should also include writing to that list as I very much enjoy any and all of her bloggings and postings. Her eloquent opinions smack of honesty, intelligence, fearlessness and fire.

Hey! I just saved myself a whole paragraph explaining where her portrait concept came from! I will add that the theme has much to do with 1970s action flicks, hence the karate stance and the groovadelic font. But for the most part it was just a cool way of how I thought Lilly's lively personality could be conveyed in a pin-up portrait.

Keep on keepin' on, smoldering one!
